The project covers an area of approximately 110,000 square meters and provides 1,305 retirement units and 100 rehabilitation beds. The delegation gathered in Kowloon Tong in the morning and took a coach to Taikang Pengyuan through the Liantang Port. Received by Mr. Zhou Weixin, the Manager of Pengyuan, the delegation toured the advanced elderly care, medical facilities, and various types of accommodation. Subsequently, Mr. Ma Biao, the General Manager of Pengyuan, introduced the operational beliefs and goals of Pengyuan. The project deeply attracted the admiration of the team members.

After lunch, the team followed Dr. Wu Yicheng, Vice Chairman of the CIHAPB (Mainland China Affairs), to visit the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base in the western Qianhai area of Shenzhen. The base includes three super high-rise buildings, integrated transportation hubs, world-class cultural facilities, and functions as a city that operates 24 hours a day. The goal of the base is to become a global headquarters gathering area, a metropolitan cultural hub, an international exchange center, and create a diverse educational platform, nurturing high-level enterprises and serving as a model for future cities.

The delegation visited the recently completed Shenzhen Bay Intelligence Center. The center is a 78-story commercial building with a height of 358 meters, housing office buildings and the Shangri-La Hotel, serving as a super energy center providing a diverse and integrated environment. At this location, the team experienced new design concepts and witnessed the transportation infrastructure and ambitions that aim to cater to a future population of 250,000 people and lead international enterprises.
