The full implementation of the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap. 626) is a significant milestone for the housing management practitioners and the industry. This new era has brought opportunities and challenges to all licensed housing management practitioners have to maintain their professionalism and to take necessary steps to protect the interests of their clients as well as themselves. Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch and The Hong Kong Institute of Housing organized a joint seminar delivered by Mr KWOK Kwun-ying of Li, Kwok & Law, Solicitors and Notaries to provide our members with valuable insight related to professional practice, professional indemnity and negligence from a legal point of view.
