The Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB) and HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU SPACE) jointly organized a hybrid seminar on "Pest Control Management for Property Managers" on 22 May 2024. The seminar was attended by a total of 452 participants. We were honored to have Mr. Kwan Chor Chung, Spencer to be the speaker, who is an experienced professional in the pest control industry. He currently serves as a guest lecturer for "Termite and Pest Control" at The University of Hong Kong and was a former member of the Termite Control Consultancy Research Team at the City University of Hong Kong. During the seminar, the speaker provided an in-depth introduction to the characteristics, prevention, and control measures for rodents, cockroaches, bed bugs, and termites.
