CIHAPB held a "Site Tour to Discovery Bay" visit on 13 July 2024. This event provided members with the opportunity to explore Discovery Bay, an integrated resort-style community and the first "Eco-friendly Community" in Hong Kong. The tour included visits to the Green Icon and Green Square, showcasing innovative, environmentally-friendly features and sustainable innovations, as well as the privately owned and operated Discovery Bay Reservoir. Led by Mr. Simon Tu, Director of Discovery Bay Services Management Limited, members experienced the unique facilities of the Discovery Bay community and witnessed its environmental sustainability and community engagement initiatives.

Mr. Simon Tu briefly described the features of Discovery Bay on the sightseeing ferry. Mr. Edwin Hui, the Chair of the Professional Practice Committee of CIHAPB, presented a souvenir to Mr. Tu, thanking him for organizing the event.
