The Annual Assembly of the Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB) was successfully held on 9 January 2025. The attending members received the Chairman's Report of Mr. Romulus Wong and the Honorary Treasurer's Financial Report of Mr. Francis Tsang. In the event, Mr. Romulus Wong expressed gratitude to all the Executive Committee Members for their continuous contributions devoted to the branch.

Mr. Kwong Lap Shun, Keith was elected as the Chairman of CIHAPB for the Year 2025, while the remaining 16 members of the Executive Committee were also successfully elected during the event.
