The Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch organised the activity "Study Tour to Wuxi and Wuhan" (26-30 March 2025), to strengthen communication with property management professionals in the Asia-Pacific region and enhance professional standards. Dr. Wu Yicheng, Vice Chairman (Mainland China Affairs), along with Mr. Sidney So, Chairman of the Activity Committee, led twenty-three members to Wuxi and Wuhan.

The study tour visited the Wuxi Property Management Association to exchange views. Through these exchanges, participants discussed the challenges and advantages faced in property management in different cities. The study tour also visited the Wuhan Association of Real Property Management, where both sides understood the operation and goals of each other's organisations, and shared the advantages and disadvantages of property management in both cities.

The study tour visited residential projects in both cities. First, they visited the residential project "建發和璽" in Wuxi to understand how Mainland developer uses Chinese traditional features combined with Western design to build harmonious community. The tour visited Hongkong Land Project - "Origin Land" as well. Besides the visit of residential projects, the group also took the opportunity to visit local renowned properties and learn about the local culture.
