The Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch organized a Legal Talk on 9 April 2025. The theme of the talk was "Building Management (Amendment) Ordinance 2024". We were honored to have Miss Kwan Suet Man to be the speaker, who is a solicitor in handling building management cases. During the talk, she conducted an in-depth discussion on the changes introduced by the new ordinance, helping the participants deepen their understanding of its provisions and practical applications. The webinar saw enthusiastic participation, with a peak attendance of 555 participants at its busiest session.
