The Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB) organized a guided tour to the Elderly Resources Centre (ERC), located at Prosperous Garden in Yau Ma Tei, on 12 April 2025 (Saturday). The tour demonstrated how smart home designs enhance elderly quality of life.

Through the guided tour, the participants gained insights into adapting home environments to meet evolving elderly care needs, promoting "ageing in place."
