The Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB) organised a visit to the "Safe Community Hub" at the Wan Chai Revenue Tower for 44 participants on 26 April 2025. Guided by representatives from the Inter-departmental Counter Terrorism Unit (ICTU), the event featured immersive interactive experiences to enhance participants' community safety awareness and emergency response skills.

The gallery showcased cutting-edge technological installations, including:
- Virtual Reality (VR) / Augmented Reality (AR): Simulated real-life scenarios to train crisis decision-making
- Motion Detection: Taught safety techniques through dynamic operations
- Interactive Holographic Displays: Presented counter-terrorism knowledge in an engaging way
- Flight Simulation Experience: Combined emergency scenarios with hands-on learning

The highlight was the "interactive Mini-Theatre", where participants practiced the "Run, Hide, Report" strategy in simulated emergency situations. This exercise strengthened their on-the-spot response and teamwork, reinforcing the concept of "Public Participation in Counter-Terrorism – Building a Safe Community Together".
