On 17 June 2025, the Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB) arranged the visit to "The Wai"'' for our members and PMSA's Licensees. "The Wai", located in Tai Wai, is a commercial and residential hub developed based on the concept of "Railway-Community". Participants came together to explore how that mall incorporated artworks and exhibits, and achieved seamless connectivity with nearby residences, the East Rail Line and Tuen Ma Line, gaining profound insights into sustainable urban living and modern property management practices.
