Members of the Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB) from Mainland China and the Shenzhen Institute of Property Managers (SIPM) participated in a study tour to Hong Kong on 12 July 2025, visiting the following locations:

1. International Commerce Centre (ICC)
ICC located in West Kowloon, boasted advanced design and high-tech facilities.
The top floors housed a hotel, while the 100th floor featured a public observation deck offering stunning views of Victoria Harbour.

2. AIRSIDE
Situated in the Kowloon East Development Area, AIRSIDE was a 1.9 million square feet multi-purpose commercial space.
It was Hong Kong's first building to receive seven major green and smart building certifications, advocating for sustainable green lifestyles.

3. Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB)
Mr. Keith Kwong, Chairman of CIHAPB, and Mr. Edmond Cheung, Deputy Chairman, engaged with the delegation to discuss organizational affairs and exchange property management insights between the two regions.
Mr. Peter Shum, Chair of Information Technology Committee, and Mr. Johnny Au, Vice Chair, Education and Training Committee, shared insights on the nature and unique features of Hong Kong's property management fees.
