On 1 August 2025, the Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch was invited to attend the Property Management Services Authority's "Property Invigilator" Image Design Competition Award Ceremony cum Property Management Industry Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Seminar held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The competition paid tribute to the professional property management practitioners, who made selfless social contributions and assiduously discharged their public duties, with creative designs, highlighting their professional spirit in safeguarding properties. The event also invited speakers to attend the seminar, promoting the application of mediation mechanisms in property dispute resolution, fostering community harmony, and enhancing the industry's awareness of mediation culture.
