The Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch successfully held a webinar titled "Mediation and Arbitration with Property Management in Hong Kong" on 6 August 2025. The event featured expert speaker Professor Albert So, who is a Practising Solicitor, Accredited General Mediator, Arbitrator, University Lecturer, Legal Columnist and Chairman of the Hong Kong Mediation and Arbitration Centre. He shared insights into effective mediation techniques and dispute resolution approaches specifically tailored for the property management sector where disputes frequently arise between property management companies, owners, and tenants.
