To enhance the understanding of Chikungunya Fever within the Property Management Industry, the Property Management Services Authority organised a seminar on 19 August 2025, focusing on the CPD theme "Prevention of Chikungunya Fever". This event aimed to empower the industry with effective mosquito control practices to safeguard the lives and properties of residents and the public.

During the seminar, experts from the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health, and the Disease Response & Education Unit under the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department shared the latest information on Chikungunya Fever and mosquito prevention measures, aiming to boost the industry's preparedness.

Members of the Executive Committee of the Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB), along with over a hundred members, participated in this physical seminar, collectively discussing the challenges posed by the virus and mosquitoes and exploring effective ways to address them.
