Mr. Keith Kwong, our chairman of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB), Mr. Alen Lai, Training Officer, Mr. Davy Tsui, Vice Chair of Membership Committee, and Ms. W.C. Louie, Member of Information Technology Committee, were invited by the HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU SPACE) to attend the Professional Diploma in Housing Management Orientation 2025/26 on 21 August 2025.

During the event, they, along with representatives from the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH), the Housing Managers Registration Board (HMRB) and Property Management Services Authority (PMSA), introduced the pathways and opportunities to become members of Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), HKIH, HMRB and PMSA to the attending students. The students were enthusiastic about this orientation session.
