The Hong Kong Property and Facilities Management Association of the Greater Bay Area (HKPFMA) held its first Council Inaugural Ceremony cum a Celebration Dinner to celebrate 28th anniversary of establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on 26 August 2025. During the event, the Chief Executive of HKSAR, Mr John Lee, delivered a speech via video.

Mr. Keith Kwong, Chairman of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB), led the members of Executive Committee to attend the event and accepted the certificate of founding membership from HKPFMA on behalf of CIHAPB. CIHAPB looks forward to collaborating with HKPFMA and the industry to advance the professionalization of the property and facilities management industry in the Greater Bay Area.
