The 35th Anniversary Gala Dinner of the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (HKAPMC) was held on 1 September 2025 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Mr. Keith Kwong, Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB), attended the event.

During the dinner, Chairman Kwong, celebrated the outstanding achievements of HKAPMC with guests from various sectors, association members, and government representatives including the Guest of Honour Miss Alice MAK Mei-kuen, SBS, JP, Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs, HKSAR.
