Mr. Keith Kwong, Chairman of Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB), and Mr. Ivan So, Vice Chair of Youth Affairs Committee, along with CIHAPB members, participated in the Territory-wide Flag Day organised by the Hong Kong Student Aid Society (HKSAS) on 6 September 2025. They fundraised in the Kwun Tong district to provide ongoing improved residential care services for children in need, addressing the diverse and evolving physical and emotional needs of children, growing up in a loving and supportive space.
