The Smart City Consortium (SCC) and the Greater Bay Area Low Altitude Economy Alliance (LAEA) hosted the "SCC 10th Anniversary and LAEA 1st Anniversary Cocktail" on 8 September 2025. The Members of the Executive Committee of the Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIHAPB) attended the event, joining guests from various sectors.
