APB signed an collaboration agreement with Bozhong Real Estate Management and Research Institute and appoint her as a training partner in China. Bozhong will launch a MBA (Property Management) programme for housing practitioners in China. Candidates completed the programme and can meet the requirements will be eligible for CIH Chartered Membership.

Bozhong is APB's second training organization partner in China. Bozhong will start the training programme in South – Western China region. She will assist in coordination and liaison with CIH members in China.
