We are pleased to advise that the Board of the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) has decided to recognize the members of the Chartered Member (Hong Kong) of the Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch for the purpose of fulfilling the proposed criterion regarding membership of a recognized professional body for holding a PMP (Tier 1) Licence as mentioned in the draft Property Management Services (Licensing and Related Matters) Regulation (Cap.626 sub. leg. B) (the Regulation) promulgated by the PMSA.

The recognition has evidenced the collaborative efforts of our members by exhibiting our professionalism and continued contribution in the industry for over 50 years. As the Regulation needs to be endorsed by the Legislation Council, we will keep you updated on the progress accordingly.
