KPIs for Evaluation of Lift Maintenance Performance – Questionnaire Survey

Aimed at establishing standard key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluation of lift maintenance performance, a joint research study is being undertaken by the Building Services Operation and Maintenance Executives Society (BSOMES) and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). The research team has devised a questionnaire survey for the study.
