Mr. K. Y. KWOK was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1987, and is the partner in charge of the civil litigation matters of the solicitors´ firm, Messrs. Li, Kwok & Law (李郭罗律师行). He has been involved in a number of court cases, and has also acted as legal advisor for many leading property management companies, developers and incorporated owners. He has been delivering legal talks for government departments, professional and public bodies and various large corporations on a frequent basis, and has also written many articles for publication to clients and professional bodies. He is also a China-appointed Attesting Officer, a Notary Public as well as an Honorary Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing.
