As of 1 June 2006, the Branch Office has moved from Harbour Centre to Shui On Centre which is opposite the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and just a few blocks away from the old office. The office, which APB continues to share with our old partners, The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies,The Hong Kong Institute of Housing and Housing Managers Registration Board, is bigger and better equipped. An opening ceremony will be held on 10th of July from 5:30 to 7:30pm. Please spare your time to come. The new office is located at Units 2709-11, Shui On Centre, 6-8 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

| Visit to EMSD Headquarters |

Located at the former cargo terminal building in Kowloon Bay, the new EMSD Headquarters has been designed with the emphasis on making use of the concrete structure of the original building as much as possible and incorporating a number of energy efficient features and renewable energy technologies. Another study visit to EMSD Headquarters will be held on 21st July 2006 (Friday) from 2:00pm to 3:30pm. Preference will be given to those members who had missed the last visit on 25th February 2006 due to over subscription. Capacity is limited to 25 members and interested members should contact the Branch Office for registration.

| 40th Anniversary Housing Conference and Annual Dinner |

The Big Event of the Year – The conference on the theme "Contemporary Housing Management". Distinguished speakers from Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan, Australia, UK and South Africa will be invited. | Visit of Macao Property Management Business Association |
|
A delegation of 30 members from Macao Property Management Business Association visited HK on 23rd and 24th May 2006 to look at housing management projects. Visits to Two IFC, Island Resort, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, HKHA, Telford Garden and Shopping Centre were arranged for the delegation. A dinner reception was hosted by the Association after the visit and the Branch Executive Committee was invited as guest of honour. Not only were views and experiences frankly shared with the delegation, linkage between the two organizations is also strengthened.
