物業管理業監管局
物業管理業監管局(監管局)是根據《物業管理服務條例》(第626章)成立的法人團體,其主要職能是透過發牌照予物業管理公司及物業管理人,規管及管制物業管理服務的提供;推動物業管理業專業行事持正,並提高該專業的能力及專業性;維持和提升物業管理業專業的地位。會員可登入網址www.pmsahk.org.hk 以進一步了解監管局的架構、徵款及發牌制度等資料。
 
Property Management Services Authority
The Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) is a statutory body established under the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap. 626). The principal functions of the PMSA are to regulate and control the provision of property management services by the licensing of property management companies and property management practitioners; to promote the integrity, competence and professionalism of the profession of property management services; and to maintain and enhance the status of the profession of property management services. 《物業管理服務條例》下徵款新措施
監管局屬是自負盈虧的法定機構,其經費來自徵款及牌照費。由2018年7月1日起,用以轉讓香港不動產(包括住宅物業及非住宅物業)之售賣轉易契下的承讓人(一般指購買人),均須於指定期限內繳付徵款予物業管理業監管局(監管局),有關款項用於監管局的日常運作。

徵款是根據《物業管理服務條例》及其下的《物業管理服務(徵款)規例》而徵收,不論售賣轉易契所涉及不動產的代價款額或價值是多少,每份售賣轉易契的徵款款額為港幣350元。稅務局轄下印花稅署會在須繳付徵款的售賣轉易契呈交稅務局加蓋印花時,代監管局收取徵款.......

Collection of levy by under Property Management Services Ordinance
The PMSA is a self-financing statutory body supported by income generated from the licensing of property management companies and practitioners as well as levies collected on conveyance on sales chargeable with stamp duty. With effect from 1 July 2018, transferees (generally refer to purchasers) under conveyances on sale of immovable properties (both residential and non-residential) in Hong Kong are liable to pay a levy to the PMSA within a prescribed period. The levies are used to support the daily operation of the PMSA.

Levy is a fixed sum charged in accordance with the Property Management Services Ordinance (PMSO) and the Property Management Services (Levy) Regulation (Levy Regulation) under the PMSO. The amount of levy payable for each leviable instrument is HK$350 regardless of the stated consideration or value of the immovable properties under the conveyance on sale.
